Players must only use a payment method registered in their own name. Depositing with another person's payment method is not permitted.

4.2 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Players must withdraw using the same method they used to deposit; withdrawals via a different method are not allowed (this is for financial security purposes).

4.3 — Fraudulent Financial Activity

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 — First Deposit Bonus

Players making their first deposit at q77 can claim a 120% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks. Higher deposit example — deposit 840,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 1,340,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.

The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after the 25x wagering requirement has been met. The platform can advise which games count towards the wagering requirement; contact our support team for more information.

5.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is available to each player once only; one player means the same phone number, IP address, household, or payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash; only winnings generated through play can be withdrawn.
• If a bonus was received unexpectedly due to a clear game bug, the bonus may be cancelled and the play reversed.

6 Game Play Terms

If a player attempts to exploit loopholes in the software supporting the games on the platform, abuses game errors, or tries to produce unintended game outcomes, their access will be suspended.

• Automated play (botting) is strictly prohibited; if detected, the account and any remaining balance may be immediately closed.
• Game outcomes are generated by an appropriate Random Number Generator; q77 cannot influence or direct the outcome of any game.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If you get disconnected and miss a round, reconnect and contact our support team.
